The Builder Behind the Brand
I'm Tyler — a builder from Central New Jersey. Red Ridge AI started because I watched the local businesses I grew up around bleed revenue from missed calls, zero follow-up, and websites nobody had touched in years.
These weren't bad businesses. They were excellent at their craft — landscaping, plumbing, cleaning, home services — but they didn't have the time or the tech to compete with companies running modern marketing stacks.
So I built the systems myself: AI receptionists that answer every call, lead capture that follows up in seconds, automation that never forgets a customer. A solo plumber shouldn't need a marketing department to keep his calendar full.

How We Teamed Up with Watchman IT to Launch Connect Helm
Red Ridge AI builds the AI systems. Watchman IT — a fellow New Jersey team — runs the managed IT and security backbone. We kept meeting the same local businesses from opposite sides: owners who needed the technology and someone to deploy it, secure it, and keep it running. So we joined forces and launched Connect Helm.
